During the process, information is collected and verified daily at Sbcert’s headquarters, allowing informative reports and graphics to be generated at the end of the inventory that show the reality of the herd on each property. Among the data collected are the earring number, chip number, age in months, sex, breed, category, weight, and destination batch, as well as others that can be added according to production needs.
How does the animal inventory
work?
The process begins with alignment between the property and Sbcert, including defining the inventory date, farm structure, data to be collected and definitions of the nomenclatures used.
Then, the animals are counted on site and their data is collected.
Throughout the process, a daily update on the inventory progress is provided, until the data is consolidated, and reports are generated to support management.
