In 2019, a partnership took place between Sbcert and Abrafrutas with the objective of bringing more security and transparency to the production sector in the market, aiming to export Brazilian fruits abroad.
The purpose of the seal is to differentiate Abrafrutas’ associated exporters from other exporters and consolidate the Beija-flor brand, already recognized internationally, as a differentiator of quality and credibility among importers and consumers. Increasing the loyalty of buyers of fruits and their derivatives that have the certificate.
How does Frutas do Brasil Certification
work?
The objective is to start the audit process to obtain certification exclusive to Abrafrutas members.
The audit will be documentary based on previous certifications, such as the GLOBALG.A.P.
Simplification of the process without compromising quality and rigor in the evaluation of the practices adopted by the producer.
Certification demonstrates compliance with the norms and standards of quality and safety of food required by the market.
Once certified, the company will be able to use the company’s visual identity.
Certification valid for 1 year.
